This book should be required reading for any young associate learning how to take and defend depositions. The examples of the lines of questioning are terrific. Every concept is illustrated with multiple lines of questions. Other books may be better for instructing attorneys on how to prepare for a deposition or what to do after a deposition is completed, but there is no better book for teaching the mechanics of taking and defending a deposition. I cannot recommend this book enough.
