These pieces are not particularly challenging unless you don't like 6 or 7 sharps or flats. If you are looking for great music, don't buy this collection. These are easy pieces, easy to listen to, but there is not a whole lot there content wise. They make good preludes or interludes. I also would not play these in a dry acoustic as the legato required for these pieces to sound good, is quite advanced.
The book was in excellent condition.
