Really strong explanation of the basic doctrine with brief discussions of major cases. Differs a bit from the E&Es I've used in the past because the examples and explanations are embedded in the reading rather than at the end of the chapter. The section on exemptions to notice and comment was particularly helpful in sorting out the different standards and tests.
