As a huge history buff, I would highly recommend this well written pack of books. Each book in this collection focuses on a different influential and pivotal historical figure. I was captivated while reading the exploits of each of these legendary figures; from their highs to their lows to their unique personality quirks.Well written and highly entertaining.
This is a great collection of history books, nicely written and put together. I got the kindle version of this and it is easy to dip in and find your way around if you don’t want to start with the story of Cleopatra. I have always been interested in Alexander the great so I started here.Each book in this collection gives a good account of the “exploits” of each of the legendry characters in the spotlight, from their personalities to a summary of the highs lows of their life journey.I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in influential and pivotal historic figures.It may not be relevant to the target audience of this book, but I thought it is worth adding that I do feel that this would serve as a fine reference guide to the younger generation who are just learning of these historic powerful figures for the first time.

C. Abbott, Theodore Roosevelt. I enjoyed reading about Cleopatra. And I was fascinated by ‘It is necessary to know the sentiments of the soldiers on the day of an engagement’. That is just one of the many interesting snippets of historical information. Captivating. Highly recommend this excellent pack for all history buffs!
This is a well written set of books. There is a lot of historical information here that documents the lives of several influential leaders. I was pleasantly surprised with the flow of the text, it makes for an easy and interesting read.
