fun way to learn a new language. My cockatiel loves Ella the doggy books. So it is not to kids Jayne and Ella are teaching but birds too. If you think about it is much the way a child learns to talk or how I taught my cockatiel to talk. I love the bright pictures and if my bird loves it then this book is a keeper. I have all of the Ella the doggy books. I think it is special that a pet can help teach kids to read. Because, I must tell you that I have taught "Lollipop", my cockatiel to be a therapy pet and he teaches kindergarten kids at a local school. Animals speak without speaking any English language so this is good. Good job, Teacher.
