The fingering of this book can't compare with Hinson's Alfred Edition. There are three volumes from the latter. The music sheets are with a plastic comb so it is easy to lay flat when you read them. The fingering and explaination of Haydn's sonatas, such as dynamics and trill are clare and in detail. I ended up with getting Ginson's edition since it saves me a lot of trouble when I practise these sonatas. The only disadvantage of Hinson's edition is the price. It costs over $20 but I think it is worth every penny.
