The question to move abroad is a complex one, but Paul Allen's book, Should I Stay or Should I Go: The Truth About Moving Abroad and Whether It's Right for You makes the decision process simple (at least as simple as something this life-altering can be). It's well-written, well-researched, easy to read, but most importantly, it's honest.
