I've read my fair share of trial practice books. It seems like many of them are verbose and never get to the point.This book, however, does not suffer from the same issues. The author cuts to the point with concise explanations of the concepts and reinforces the concepts with clear examples.The book comes with a CD Rom packed full of sample questionnaires and other great material.This book helps develop skills that can be applied during voir dire in a variety of cases from civil to criminal.I highly recommend this book.

This book gives you actual tools, as opposed to just insight or perspective, which I feel is what most trial advocacy books offer. I need to reread this book--lots of details. You won't be disspointed for want of information. TY
