This is a good book of popular classics for playing on then melodica.One note of caution is that the description on states that the book contains music for Canon in D which is does not. Best to check the "Look Inside" and check the table of contents to confirm you are getting the music you are looking for.As an alternative any of the decent "fake" books on the market could be played with the melodica and, as a bonus, provide the chords for accompaniment with a piano.Overall decent book but if you already have standard piano sheet music just play the treble clef (melody only) and this will provide you with basically the same thing.

This is a lesson about reading and learning basic music notation. The only reference to the Melodica is in the title pages. No information on the breathing, holding, or using the Melodica is mentioned or covered. If you are knowledgeable in piano playing, you can utilize the songs. Otherwise this is useless. Don't waste your money on this if you are a beginner, and expecting helpful information on playing the Melodica.Bob

This is an excellent book for those who do not have much keyboard training. I found it to be a little simplistic and very basic. But that's okay if you are new to the instrument - then it would be great.
