I own both, the English version of this book, and now the Spanish version, and I can honestly say the Spanish versionwas the way to go, if that's an option for you. Starting with the quality of the paper, the illustrated version of the DukanDiet is unmistakably superior. It has the same information the English version has, but it comes with photographs, morerecipes, and great quality. Highly recommended!
