"Building Beautiful Voices" is a great choral resource. The author includes exercises for breath control, resonance, diction, sustaining notes and more. There is a text book for the director readily available and priced reasonably at $30. I especially like to use the student/singer's booklet which is only $3.95. If you can't find it here on check out music sites such as J W Pepper. The text has a reference chart in the back as to which exercises are good for which concepts.
