It is very informative and clearly written. But if I didn't need to buy or read it for a class, I wouldn't have. An excellent textbook, but not exactly leisurely reading.
Excellent book for paralegal students because it shows great examples of litigation procedures, styles of writing and tells how to go about gathering the information needed to set forth in legal documents.
Necessary outlines for the paralegal. Check your local court rules for specifics. This is a required book for my litigation course in college. Thank you Aspen Publishers and Mrs. Maerowitz and Mr. Mauet. This book will help me be professional and help my employer's clients have a better chance of winning needed remedies.
