This is a really fantastic resource for all string teachers. This curriculum breaks down teaching strings into small pieces and provides assessment guidelines for each step in the process. We're really excited to use this book in our undergraduate music education classes this fall.
Very useful in writing curriculum and getting ideas as to where we should be.Lots of ideas. Standards, Goals and learning sequences for essential skills are clearly laid out. ASTA puts together good publications.
I had to buy this for a class, but the book is great. It has everything you want in a curriculum and more. Everything is laid out really well and is easily accesible.
