very helpful and resourceful! I bought this book for a law school class. You will learn the basics of immigration law.

Horribly organized book. Has a lot of information but it's written in a style of a stream of consciousness JD Salinger novel. Horrible organization and hard to follow. Also numerous typos.

This textbook is really great. I like the way it is laid out. There isinformation that all paralegals should know about how the lawhas changed over many years. Racism was and is still alive tothis very day. In the 1800's it was no Catholics, in the 1840's thewestern United States added an anti-Chinese to the Catholic rhetoric. And of course, the people from Africa that were enslaved in America; where the so-called 'Founding Father's' came for religious freedom?Really? In 1856, there was a political battle over slavery, the Supreme Court held that citizenship was not necessarily determined by a person's birth in the United States. The 14th Amendment to the Constitution was ratified, establishing for the first time that all persons born or naturalized in the U.S.were citizens of the United States and were to be accorded "equal protection"of the laws.

The book was received in an excellent condition, NEW. am impressed
