este libro habre una de las ultimas puertas cerradas hacia el corazon de Selena, explicando con detalles vivamente dolorosos aquellos sentimientos y momentos mas importantes para Selena, su familia y amado esposo. tengo que admitir que este libro cobro unas cuantas lagrimas de mi al pasar pagina por pagina desde ese vuelo de Mexico hasta esa tarde obsucra cuando el mundo se detuvo. recomiendo este libro a cualquiera que quiere saber un poco mas - solo un poco - hacerda de la gran Selena, que vive en la memoria de todos nosotros.this book opens one of the last few closed doors towards Selena's heart, explaining in vivid and painful detail all those feelings that were so important for Selena, her family and beloved Husband. i must admist this book got a few tears out of my eyes as i read page by page the story from that flight from Mexico, to that obscure afternoon when the world suddenly stopped. i recommend this book to anyone who wishes to know a little - just a bit - more of the great Selena, who lives in the memory of us all.

Me Siento orgulloso de poder leer esto libro porque yo era Chico cuando murio Selena y todavia no conocia su musica y quien era en realidad pero gracias a mis padres pude escuchar un poco. Pero en realidad no preste mucha atencion a la persona que era hasta que vie la pelicula y por eso fue que quice leer este libro para conocerla mas y saber mas ahora sobre de Ella las historias son Lindas y me Siento triste por no poder verla cantar ahora PERO TODO MUNDO TIENE QUE LEER ESTE LIBRO

El libro es encantador me lleno de risas de lagrimas ,no podia parar de leerlo como fan de Selena lo recomiendo es una hermosa historia ...

Omg where do i start, First off this is about as close as you as a Selena fan will get to the truth about her and her death. This includes just about everything we've all wanted to know. Like the person she was and how she was off the stage. The romance between her and Chris. The story line basically follows the same chronicle as in the movie, just that some things were a bit off. Of course, movies aren't correct, they always change things here and there. But the going back to the book, there is a lot of insight about her last days, and i must say through out the entire book I laughed, I cried, I got angry, all that good stuff. This book serves to remind us all that Selena was a human being. Christopher really did a great job in sharing some of his memories of her in a respectable manner. Words can't explain how much he still loves her to this day. Something to point out, it's definitely not a tell all as he has mentioned in his interviews. Last words of advice, is to not bother and buy or read any of those books that were published regarding her life or her death before this book was published. Those people never met her, or got to know her like her family did. They write based on what they hear and are the reason why so many rumors arose. Who will you guys believe? The family or strangers? Definitely buy this book!!!! You won't regret it :) in fact, if you're a fan, you will cherish it. :)

I read this book in English, it is a deep love story, both of them deserved to be together for many years, I keep asking myself "why did Chris Perez have to lose Selena? As I was reading his book, I could feel his pain of being left without the best thing that ever happened to him. I still believe Chris Perez loves Selena, that is the reason why he divorced his second wife.I cannot imagine being without the love of my life, my husband, whom I met six weeks prior to Selena's death.Very well written book, I became a fan of Selena the day of her death, what a beautiful woman and person! Q.E.P.D.

Este libro es la historia de amor de Chris Perez con la carismatica e inolvidable Selena. Cuenta del inicio de su relacion con ella, su vida en pareja hasta el dia de su muerte. Selena fue siempre un espiritu libre y Chris la amo tanto que lo que ella dijera eso se cumplia.

This book is amazing for us Selena fans....bought this for my mom in Spanish and omg it's amazing that Chris wrote this so we could see his side of Selena and how she was in her private life and the love that was shared....love love love
