I bought this book in Spain about 10 years ago, and so far made about 50% of its recipes. There's not one that came out mediocre. Every one of them was absolutely delicious. The pictures are very clear, (it even has pictures of the ingredients). It is foolproof, which is important for a mediocre cook like me. I have live-in help, and most of the time, I just give her the book and she follows it easily.
