The opera score is in perfect condition, few minor pencil marks inside. I can erase them. I love the score, the hardcover is great in my opinion, and great condition. My only disappointment is this score did not have a table of contents. I like to see a list of the Acts and scenes and arias, and page numbers.There is only a list of character names. I just ordered a Schirmers because that seems to be the best quality, and has all that I mention before. It is very detailed and great for me who sings opera. I'll give the Hardcover score to my opera coach. It looks really good and from 1950, and she liked old scores... I wish sellers would be very explicit, which done are not.I like to know what language it is in, and if it's English and Italian, I.e. the sellers should show us the first 6 pages, which they never do. I bought Hansel and Gretel and didn't know, it was only English.I wanted German and English.The old hard covered scores look nice for your library, but to work with, I'll stick to Schirmers, always "complete".
