This was a great collection of all the Beethoven Concerti together in one volume. I bought this for a class rather than each of them individually. Saved over 30 bucks. Only problem is all of the cadenzas are in the back.

I generally shy away from Schirmer editions due to issues with the binding and sometimes the printing. I was very happy with this edition, not only because it combines all five Beethoven concertos but also because the source material (and thus the printed material) is very authoritative. One small drawback with this edition is that all the cadenzas are at the back of the book, which is okay since most people play from memory in performance. I do recommend getting the book spiral bound as it's easier to keep open that way, but that's just a personal preference.

The cover is a tough plasticized heavy paper (I think?) and seems very durable. This is vastly better than the standard heavy paper covers schirmers used to use. Very good price.

Beethoven's 5 Piano Concertos are the best of his work, in my opinion. The quality of this book is pretty nice, specially considering the price. I like the editor's comments, because sometimes they are very helpful. Maybe the paper is very white, but it's ok. If, like me, you love Beethoven's 5 Piano Concertos, don't think it twice and buy this right now!

It has fingering and everything!!! The only problem is, I can't play it!!!
