I had to read this book for one of my grad classes. It is huge first of all, but on top of that sometimes it can be pretty dry. I am sure they weren't trying to write a thriller here but I think in some areas it could have been written a little more accessibly considering the people reading it aren't law students and I think it could have been a little more lively. I did appreciate the examples in the book though and thought they helped apply the material.

Item came in perfect condition and exactly as described. This book was purchased for a graduate level education class and served very well as a reference for the class. As with most legal books don't expect it to be a exciting read especially if you are in the education field.

The topics of this book are set in an orderly fashion, however the topics are over my head. The writing style is very dense. The authors do a good job at mixing cases with knowledge. I would like a stronger focus on Student Affairs.

I purchased this book for my Legal Issues in Higher Education class. The book arrived quickly and in good condition. As a graduate student, I found the book hard to understand, as the book was littered with legal terms and cited cases I had no knowledge of. However, it will be a good resource in the future.
