I always love the Q&A supplements but for Remedies, it was invaluable. I was so so so confused in this class and never managed to get the big picture. However, by going through this Q&A and the E&E, I managed to finally figure out what my professor spent an entire semester trying to teach me.I liked how this book was organized because it was a bit more intuitive than how my class went through the different topics. I was able to make connections in a way I couldn't before. As always, the answers were very descriptive so you not only knew that you got the wrong answer but why you got it wrong.

I found the questions a little easier than the ones that ended up being on my professor's exam but it was definitely a useful book to go through. I bought the kindle version and used it on my ipad since I couldn't wait for the paper version to ship and the whole experience was very convenient. I could highlight the tricky questions or insightful answers and bookmark to go quickly back and forth between the chapters for the questions and the answers.As for the content, I would have liked to see more questions on contempt, but that's just something my prof focused a bit more on (e.g. Civil/Criminal, jury/judge, summary/non-summary). I also found a few of the questions a bit poorly worded, therefore I rolled my eyes at the answer because I didn't pick up on some nuance the author intended. I can't remember a specific example, but nonetheless that didn't happen too often, so don't be deterred by the first couple of chapters where you may encounter more of that.If your professor hasn't provided many sample multiple choice questions (like mine didn't), this is a great book to cover the bulk of the course. You'll need to do extra review of your notes to hit the more specific or nuanced aspects of your prof's course though.

This book is great to test your knowledge for all the nuances. I would recommend anyone in law school that is learning the subject. You really shouldn't be without it. This will test your knowledge of the law in a multistate manner that is also small essays. Most people pass it up because it isn't "MBE" but the reality is that if you can't answer the tricks here you will certainly fail the MBE.

The Q&A for remedies has great practice questions that are very helpful, particularly for final exams. I am pleased with this supplement, and I plan to use more Q&A products in the future. I recommend it to anyone who is taking a remedies course.

Not great format for the kindle since you need to flip between questions & answers, but the content was great. I actually just repurchased to get a hard copy, sucks I had to pay twice, but it was just not working trying to flip to the example answers and back to the questions.
