As always, McElhaney gives the reader insightful, valuable practice pointers through storytelling. Each vignette gives the reader practicle advice for trial practice that aren't easily forgotten. This is a great book for law students and practicing attorneys alike (and is a very easy, fun read).

Anyone wanting to study the art of litigation, what it takes, what you must know (and avoid) needs to read this book.

Also bought his Trial Notebook which also contains the same short stories. Helped me when I first finished law school learn how to introduce evidence at trial.Jason Witt
