Great book

I checked the resale value of the book - which I purchased new - and it was dismal at best, but the book - like all case books, is expensive on the front end.I personally think all case books are a waste of time and money. For part time law study, I purchased the new casebooks, but I will not be purchasing any future ones.What you need to buy are the Case Brief Books which cost far less and have much more useful information in them - and it is easier to use!Also, Use a Commercial Outline like Gilbert's Law Summaries. I suggest that instead of ANY casebook, that you purchase a Gilbert's and the Case Brief Book for the casebook you are supposed to buy - but if they don't have one, just get any case brief book for the subject.Oddly enough, if the case is important enough - it will be in ALL of the case brief books, and if it is that important, it is on Wikipedia too!
