Very helpful though not comprehensive the black letter law on remedies. The book is very well structured and helps to grasp the principles of remedies. I would not pass my law school exam without this book. So, I was so happy to find it during my last hours of preparation for the exam.
The book is actually very outdated. The statutory duration of a TRO has changed, but this book doesn't reflect the changes. Additionally, there is no rhyme or reason to the layout. Unlike most textbooks, you won't find an easy to follow outline format. This is a bunch of blocks of text that never really explain anything in depth. Save your money and just buy a supplement or use the free ones your law school gives out, you will learn more (or at least learn current law). This is a complete waste of money.
