I bought this book for my daughter. She is in a dual language kindergarten class and learning to read in Spanish. This book was excellent. It was repetitive, and the vocabulary used was either sight words or syllables. Great for a beginning reader.
La historia tiene oraciones cortas e imágenes grandes. Entonces los niños pueden recordar fácilmente el contenido. Además las palabras se repiten una y otra vez y se memorizan rápidamente.
One of several books purchased to build a bilingual library at abuelitos' house. Favorite of several for a 5- & a 7-yr old.
Godson is learning to read in Spanish immersion kindergarten and loves practicing with this book.
I would like it better if it also had the English translation directly under the Spanish.
