Was expecting an exemplary text considering how long author has been a LNC. I bought this thinking I needed it to write my first pain and suffering report. Not only was this not worth the money, there were no examples of these reports in the book. Many sections are written by others and really do not help those in need of writing the pain and suffering report. Very disappointing for someone in this field as many years as the author has been. I expected better which is why I bought it in the first place.
