This book is poorly written. It is riddled with misspellings, grammatical errors, and repetitions of words and phrases. It almost makes me wonder if there was any kind of real editing of the text. Additionally, many of the conclusions of the main holdings of cases were stated in a confusing manner. I found myself actually having to go to the text of the cases themselves to find out what the actual holding was. However, it is still a concise text on Remedies and fulfills some of the purpose of a hornbook. Definitely go to the Nutshell or E&E intstead, though.
Recommend this seller - book arrived well before time stated and before school started for my son.I would have preferred to know that it was an American Legal book, not a generic one, my fault though I suppose for not checking first!
I found the hornbook to be very poorly edited, difficult to follow, and overall unhelpful. The chapters jump right into case descriptions without first (or later, for that matter), introducing principles of law. I would not recommend this hornbook for a Remedies Law class.
