I got this for my wife who was confined to bed after minor surgery and had read several books and was sick of TV. She hooted at the thought coloring and cracked up over the "connect-the-dots". This is a great gift idea when you are visiting a sick friend who is wallowing in candy and flowers and needs a pick me up!
I was looking around for some cool and different coloring books recently. long story short- I'm 22 years old and I use coloring as a therapudic activity and in place of meditation. I came across this book and was pleased to see the humor in it, as this is exactly my sense of humor!I got this in the mail earlier today. super fast shipping! when I opened it and looked through all the pages, I almost s*** myself laughing! it's perfect!I've colored 3 pages so far, laughing all the way!my only complaint is that the pages could be thicker, as they are semi flimsy and markers easily bleed through, but that's a minor problem.love it!!!
I love satire... satire + coloring = epic winI photocopied some pages and spread them out on the tables in the break room. My coworkers and I had a blast coloring them in and adding our own text. This is probably one of the most entertaining coloring books I've ever seen.Buy this coloring book, and invite some friends over for some "cards against humanity" and cocktails!
I ordered this while I was coming out of anesthetic after surgery so it was quite a surprise when I opened the package. I really need to while loaded more often because this is really funny.
I bought this for my son. He has a great sense of humor(like his mom)! We passed this around (to the adults) and everyone laughed so hard, we could barely continue opening gifts! If you need a great gag gift, or just want to giggle, buy it!! I included colored pencils 😉 I may have to get one for me!
This book is absolutely HILARIOUS. Hilarious in a terrible, cynical way, but hilarious nonetheless. Not a good gift idea for those with a delicate sense of humor.
Originally from Mediadecay.com:Coloring for Grown-Ups is a super great idea for a gift. It's a traditional activity/coloring book just aimed at adults instead of kids. The pages of the soft-cover book bring you a dizzying array of activities to have fun for hours with. I wish I could just scan a bunch of pages from this and put them here because that would sell the book better than I ever could. This is the type of book that back in days of old you'd flip through in a book store after it caught your eye and you'd immediately buy it.
If you want a fun, inexpensive, slightly crass gift, this is the one. I got one for someone what is into those fancy new adult coloring books. This is NOT the kind she was used to getting, but everyone had a great time reading it.
