For a such a publication that touches on a very important era of ME history, it was disappointing to find that, for the purpose of reproduction and, probably, multiple resales, it was all photocopied - on poor-quality paper, using an already half-faded toner. Furthermore, the lines of some of its pages were not in line with the lines of the opposite pages because the pages themselves were aligned to the rest of the document and that they were probably quickly batched together during the reproduction process.I was also suspicious of the price I had to pay for it, not least because the price figure on the postal sticker (the AWB) was intentionally obscured with thick black ink.
