Not only is this out of date and a waste of cash, but just having it is illegal (check the notice at the bottom of every page). I'm sure selling it is breaking a whole bunch of laws and I'm sure has some liability as well!
As TSA has indicated, this document is several revisions old and this specific version was never implemented. It was put out to contractors as an example document. While some of the information may be relevant, most of it will have changed, been revised, or become obsolete. As to "...worth keeping on your Kindle because when you have a dispute with a TSA employee at an airport it is hard for them to argue with their own manual," I wouldn't count on that doing you much good. That would be like trying to argue your way out of a traffic ticket by waving a way-out-of-date version of the vehicle code in the officer's face. I find it hard to believe that .com would even allow this item to be posted, but it may not be for long. Anyone who buys this item is wasting their time and their money.
While this is outdated information, I find it disgusting that someone would risk national security by selling a document that was never meant to be published. Way to think of your pocketbook first. This tempts me to stop purchasing through .
