This is a great workbook for anyone who has to learn future interests for property. This workbook was far less confusing than my actual professor. It takes you step by step in a very simple and concise manner. I'm def glad I got the book or I think I would still be lost in future interests. Good help days before the exam to brush up on your skills too : )
Property is all together a boring subject in law school but this book is amazing. Making the notecards and doing the activities it suggests really helps you learn the material and be prepared for class. I would highly recommend it.
I took property as a 1L. This guide to understanding the workings of estates helped me tremendously. It was more useful than the weeks' of lectures it took to cover the material in this book. I love the multiple choice after each chapter, it helps reinforce everything covered previously. Need help with the Rule against perpetuities? Shelley's Case? Vested or Contingent remainders? Don't worry, that is ALL in here. It takes you step by step from the very beginning. I highly recommend it to anyone who will be taking a property or estates class that covers all that kind of material.
Had a midterm specifically on estates in land and future interests. This book helped a ton in my preparation. We learned all of this stuff in class but this book contains pointers on how to recognize certain scenarios and does a great job explaining the infamous Rule Against Perpetuities. Would recommend for anyone in property law.
This book greatly helped me learn about Real Property in Estates and Future Interests. This book was much clearer than my professor. I highly suggest it, even though its expensive. The expense of this book is much less than having to take the Bar a second time!
This is an absolutely fabulous book. I had started using this guide during and before my study of future interests for Property. Do yourself a favor and BUY IT! Do all of the practice problems! By the time I was done with this book, I knew what contingent remainders are and how to apply Rules Against Perpetuities easily.
This along with the BARBRI lectures definitely helped me do well in Property. This book made estates and future interests completely understandable. I got an A in the course and I definitely think this book helped with that!
This guide is a comprehensive, fully-understandable way to master future interests. I would have been lost in property without it. Tons of practice problems are a useful tool for studying.
