Very helpful. Explains zoning very clearly. Wish I'd had it when I started in Zoning. A must-read for anyone needing a quick lesson in zoning.

Excellent book. Very easy to read. Provides a practical and clear introduction to basic zoning principles. It is a useful documents for inexperience lay person not familiar with the basic components of a zoning ordinance.

WAY overpriced and info contained within is old and not relevant in most instances. This book is roughly half the size of an issue of Readers Digest and along that frame of mind...would you pay $25 for an issue of Readers Digest? Call me dumb because I did but cost as it might be what I will do with each and every page of this obsolete and grossly overpriced book is to line my bird cages with it. There you have it folks sh** paper for my birds.
